Haiqing Chen

Haiqing Chen has extensive engineering management experience, having served as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Delphi Packard from September 1995 to February 2003 and again at Delphi Automotive Systems from 1996 to 2003. Following a role as China Engineering Manager at ArvinMeritor from February 2003 to May 2005, Haiqing Chen transitioned to APO Engineering Manager at Lear from May 2005 to 2010. Since March 2010, Haiqing Chen has held the position of Engineering Director at Benteler Automotive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Donghua University, completed in 1992.
