Jens Becker

Jens Becker has extensive experience in operational excellence and management, particularly during tenure at BENTELER Group from January 2014 to January 2022, where Jens served as Director of Global Operational Excellence and Head of Global Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). In these roles, Jens was responsible for defining and deploying global OPEX strategies across approximately 65 plants, leading lean transformation efforts, and overseeing the company’s Lean Management System. Jens also managed the strategic portfolio process for the Automotive Division, identifying initiatives aligned with business goals. Prior experience includes an International Management Trainee role at Saint-Gobain and several internships in various industries. Jens holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin.
