Jens Becker

Jens Becker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic management, currently serving as Director Global Operational Excellence at BENTELER Group since November 2010. In this role, Jens leads the global Central Function OPEX, defining and deploying the global OPEX strategy across approximately 65 plants, while overseeing governance for Lean Management and production standards. Previous positions at BENTELER include Head of Global CIP, where Jens managed the Lean Management System and operational excellence initiatives, and several strategic roles focused on portfolio management and restructuring programs. Prior to BENTELER, Jens gained valuable experience as an international management trainee at Saint-Gobain and completed multiple internships in various companies. Jens holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin.
