Steve Conner is a seasoned supply chain manager at BENTELER Group with thirty years of manufacturing experience in the automotive industry. Previously, they held various managerial roles, including Plant Manager and Director of Operations at Kautex Textron, where they significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Steve's expertise includes finance, accounting, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Wilmington College and continue their education at Wright State University.
