Rick Bott

Rick Bott is an experienced professional in the offshore and marine sectors, currently serving as Offshore Manager at Benthic since August 2025. Bott previously held the position of Vessel Shift Supervisor at Maersk Supply Service from August 2022 to August 2025 and has a strong technical background as a Geotechnical/Electronic Technician at Benthic from February 2019 to June 2023. Early career experience includes roles as an ROV Pilot at Oceaneering and Offshore Survey Engineer/AUV Technician at Fugro, along with ten years of service in the Royal Air Force as an Avionic Technician. Educational qualifications include training from the Oceanerring ROV Training School and a Higher National Certificate in Engineering Systems from Inverness UHI.
