Ryan Demel is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Engineering Project Manager at Benthic since May 2018, Ryan leads internal capital projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budget standards. Previously, Ryan held positions at Patterson-UTI as an Asset Manager and Project Engineer, contributing to the management and improvement of hydraulic cylinders and facilitating rig upgrades. Additional experience includes mechanical consulting at Bowden Project Management and contract work at Forum Energy Technologies. Early career roles at Hercules Offshore involved mechanical design engineering and the management of high-value drilling projects. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
