Emer Spain has extensive experience in sales enablement and management, currently holding a position at Bentley Systems since December 2009. Roles include creating and delivering engaging learning for the sales organization, coaching the global sales team on effective sales processes, and managing teams responsible for lead generation and subscription renewals in the EMEA region. Prior to Bentley Systems, Emer worked at Microsoft as a Tele Partner Account Manager. Emer holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design from the Digital Learning Institute (2023) and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Commercial Software Development from the Waterford Institute of Technology (1999-2003).
