Esther Barwick

Esther Barwick has extensive experience in quality assurance and civil certification, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Bentley Systems since December 2006. Prior to this role, Esther worked at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) from October 1983 to December 2005, holding positions in CADD support and design, and serving as Civil Certification Manager.
