Iain McLeman

Iain Mcleman has over 30 years of experience in the technology and software industries, primarily focused on mobility simulation and cloud services at Bentley Systems since April 1997, where Iain has held multiple senior leadership roles. As Senior Director, Iain led a globally distributed Operations Team responsible for delivering Managed Services across diverse products, while also overseeing a mobility software product portfolio that achieved significant margin growth. Prior roles included Technical Director for Professional Services, where Iain managed project delivery with geographically distributed teams, and Marketing Director, shaping product direction and messaging. Iain's earlier career includes a Senior Software Engineer/Development Manager role at Graphic Data Systems, contributing to projects for major transportation operations, and a GIS Software Engineer position at Laser-Scan. Iain holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Brunel University London.
