Michael Mahut is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of mobility simulation and traffic simulation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Mobility Simulation at Bentley Systems since March 2021, Michael has previously held significant roles at INRO from July 2005 to March 2021, including Vice President of Traffic Simulation and Senior Scientist. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Operations Research and Computer Science from Université de Montréal, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned from 1994 to 1996.
