Michael O'Donnell is an experienced Enterprise Success Manager at Bentley Systems, responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key accounts in the EMEA region since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Client Solutions Manager at GLG from December 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included client servicing and project execution for high-value clients, along with coaching new hires. Michael has also held positions in social media and content management at PRO14 Rugby and accounted for strategic digital operations at Trigger Movement. Earlier experience includes account management at One-Zero, contributing to both conference operations and startup relations, as well as a role in sport development with Special Olympics Ireland. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with Sports from University College Dublin.
