Werner Andre

Werner Andre serves as Bentley’s chief financial officer effective January 1, 2022, where he is responsible for all aspects of finance including worldwide accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and investor relations. Werner joined Bentley in 2015 as global corporate controller, and served as Bentley’s chief accounting officer since beginning of 2020. He was an instrumental player in the company’s initial public offering process and successfully scaled the financial reporting and controllership functions as the company matured to a public company. Prior to joining Bentley, Werner served as assistant corporate controller – international accounting and reporting for Rockwood Holdings, Inc., and held several roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 to 2010. Werner is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Pennsylvania, and earned a BS and MBA degree in accounting and financial reporting from the University for Economics and Business Administration in Vienna.
