Francesca Brown

Francesca Brown has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Francesca started their career as a Laboratory Technician in the R&D department at Bentley Labs, where they processed new product requests, ensured regulatory compliance, and conducted product testing. Francesca then advanced to the role of Manufacturing Engineer, where they monitored batch manufacturing and managed the scale-up process. In this role, they also served as the subject matter expert for the manufacturing/warehouse management system. Most recently, Francesca worked as the Compounding Manager at Bentley Labs, overseeing daily activities and ensuring cross-company alignment. Prior to their time at Bentley Labs, they gained teaching experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Lehigh University, where they assisted in teaching heat transfer and professional development courses. Additionally, Francesca worked as a Hairstylist at Supercuts during their college years and as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant in the Introductory Engineering Lab at Lehigh University.

Francesca Brown began their education journey in 2017 at Lehigh University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Francesca successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2021. In 2023, Francesca enrolled at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is currently working towards a Master of Science degree in Cosmetic Sciences, which they are expected to complete in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Francesca has obtained various certifications. In June 2017, they acquired a certification in Cosmetology, encompassing areas such as Barbering, Esthetics, Hair Design, Nail Technology, and Natural Hair Care, from the State Board of Cosmetology. Francesca has also pursued professional training in Leadership Development from Dale Carnegie Training in November 2022 and Root Cause Analysis from NJMEP in September 2021.

Furthermore, Francesca has obtained several certifications in recent years. In February 2023, they obtained an OSHA 30 Hour - General Industry certification from 360training. Francesca also acquired a Domo Professional certification in January 2023 and a Data Specialist certification from Domo, Inc. in April 2023.
