Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager at Bentley Labs since April 2014, James has held various roles including Area Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, demonstrating expertise in overseeing sampling and packaging processes, ensuring compliance, and supervising quality inspectors. Prior to this, James worked at Cosmetic Essence Innovations as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, where responsibilities included monitoring product testing and documentation. James also has experience as a Label Press Operator at Multi Packaging Solutions from May 2004 to January 2009, where duties encompassed digital and solvent platemaking, operating advanced printing machinery, and performing maintenance tasks.
