Gemma Sinclair

Gemma Sinclair is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across multiple organizations and regions. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at BEOND since April 2023, Gemma has established the HR department from the ground up, developing comprehensive policies and implementing an HRIS platform. Previous roles include Vice President HR for the MEAA region at Menzies Aviation, where leadership encompassed over 8,000 employees, and Group Head of HR at Cockett Group, where global HR support was provided across 14 countries with a focus on improving employee satisfaction. Other notable positions include HR Manager - Projects at dnata and HR Business Partner roles at Emirates Group and Slater Gordon Solutions. Gemma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Studies from Lancaster University and has furthered education at the University of Central Lancashire.
