Ellen Black

Ellen Black is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, business development, and consulting. Currently serving as the Growth Lead at Open since June 2024, Ellen previously held the role of Operations Manager for NSW & QLD at Lime, overseeing a team of over 40 staff while managing P&L responsibilities. As a co-founder of Wolfpack, Ellen focused on creating socialization solutions for dog owners, and also co-founded Beets & Berries, which provided nutritious food subscriptions for young children. Ellen's consulting experience includes projects with Scale Investors, dedicated to uplifting female founders, and investment advisory roles at PNC and AXA Advisors. Ellen holds an MBA with Excellence from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, along with fellowship experiences at Startmate.
