Fatih Koca

Fatih Koca has extensive experience in technology and business intelligence, currently serving as the Presales Manager for Europe at beqom since January 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing global compensation tools for large companies. Prior to this, Fatih held the position of Technical Team Lead at beqom, leading implementation teams for various compensation modules across multiple countries. From October 2008 to December 2010, Fatih worked as a Technical Team Lead at Smartiks Bilgi Teknolojisi Hizmetleri A.S., focusing on business intelligence projects in the insurance, telecommunications, and retail sectors. Fatih began their career as a BI Consultant, developing projects for retail, finance, and insurance companies, including a significant data warehouse project for a major finance company in Turkey. Fatih holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University, completed in 2008, and attended Capa Anatolian High School from 1999 to 2002.
