Luis Piñeiro

Luis Piñeiro has worked in various roles in the telecommunications industry since 1992. Luis began as a Contractor at Telefonica i+d in 1992, followed by a role as a OSS SW Designer at Cable & Wireless in 1996. In 1998, they moved to Atos as a Manager IN development team, then to Nortel Networks as a Solution manager UMTS service layer Iberia in 2000. After two years at NetSpira Networks as a Product Director, they joined Ericsson in 2005, taking on roles as a R&D Manager and Product Manager. In 2010, they took a Sabatical before joining Bequant as VP Product & Co-Founder in 2011.

Luis Piñeiro attended IESE Business School from 2007 to 2008 and received a PDD. Luis also attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1985 to 1991 and received a Telecommunication Engineer degree with a focus in Computing and Electrical Engineering.
