BeraNia Office is an architectural design and construction office with BIM method founded in 2012 by "Niazy and Niazy" brothers.

The Office is comprised of a group of architects and designers who work within the fields of art, architecture, and urbanism. Our work reflects continuous research of contemporary architectural and sociological issues with the aim of creating new and compelling architectural typologies. We believe that solving any design challenge is best achieved by an open and inclusive design process.

Architecture is not just a part of building construction. Basically they have different approaches. Construction is responds to the problems of reality. It’s about minimizing the costs and optimizing the risks of everything.

> It’s just about following "Functions", but architecture follows “Fiction”.

Architecture is going beyond the reality, it’s about desires, dreams and imagination. Architecture imagines a different future for us to change the reality.

> The reality is not change by following the reality. We need something more.

Architecture is not created by following the trends and rules of the market, rather it creates the new trends and shape the future of the market. It’s like gambling.

In gambling, there are winners who take risks, not cowards. The added value of architecture is for those who bravely enter the game and enjoy future ownership.

> " Change the way you think about architecture "

say hello to the new adventure and enjoy! :)
