Bas Delleman

Bas Delleman is a conflict professional, mediator, and educator who specializes in mediation and systemic conflict management. They co-own Berckeley Square, an organizational development agency, and serve as a founding partner and trainer at Caleidoscoop Leertrajecten, focusing on conflict management and leadership training. Previously, Bas served as chair of VOiM and held roles in various organizations, including as a police officer and as head of administrative support within the police union. Their educational background includes degrees in organization, policy management, conflict management, and generative leadership from several institutions, including the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Maastricht University.
