Raymon Geurts is an experienced organizational coach and founder of Berckeley Square, an advisory firm focusing on meaningful organizational development and social innovation aimed at creating happier workplaces with better results. Since January 2006, Raymon has led efforts to implement change in both the public and private sectors, particularly in healthcare and education. In addition to Berckeley Square, Raymon owns Bascule - Mediation & conflict management, and previously served on the board of the Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club. Raymon co-founded Happy Companies, a community dedicated to developing and exemplifying happy organizations. Previous roles include CEO of Elivio b.v. and Director of Innovation at Stichting Zorggroep West- en Midden Brabant. Raymon’s consulting experience at M&I/Partners involved developing policies for the Dutch government and educational institutions. Raymon holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
