Tom Philips

Tom Philips has extensive experience in the graphic and production industries, beginning with a role as a Grafisch nabewerker (allround) at Drukkerij Berne from August 1995 to June 2001. Following this, various positions in graphic production and team leadership were held at Bek Grafische Producties, Biblo van Gerwen, Kampert-Nauta, and TVE Reclameproducties, with significant leadership experience as Teamleider productie at both Berco Car Carpets B.V. & Berco Truck Components B.V. and TVE. Between March 2021 and January 2024, Tom served as Meewerkend Voorman at Meilink BV. Tom is currently enhancing skills through various educational programs, including obtaining certifications in management and machine operation, while also pursuing a basisveiligheid VCA degree.
