Built for Founders. Backed by Operators. Designed to Scale.

BeReady Horizons is the advisory and training arm of BeReady Nexus Ventures. We help founders and rising leaders build the products, teams, and strategy they need to grow in a fast-moving market shaped by AI.

Our mission is simple: close the readiness gap. Whether you are a product leader stepping into your next role or a founder preparing to raise your next round, we give you practical, no-fluff guidance that turns potential into results.

We work across two tracks:

1. Advisory and Consulting

For founders and early-stage teams, we provide fractional and advisory support from operators who have done the work. We help you:
- Set product strategy and a product-led go-to-market motion (fractional CPO)
- Build and scale engineering the right way, without early hiring and architecture mistakes (fractional CTO)
- Integrate AI into your product and operations with a clear, practical roadmap (fractional Head of AI)
- Craft a pitch that resonates with real investors

Whether you are shipping your first MVP or scaling past $1M ARR, you get hands-on partners, not theory.

2. Leadership and Product Training

Our self-paced programs help professionals break into or level up in product management, technical leadership, and early-stage entrepreneurship. Courses cover:
- AI-informed product thinking
- Go-to-market strategy and execution
- Personal branding and interview readiness
- Leadership storytelling and influence

Founded by Hamid Azzawe, a former FAANG executive and two-time CEO, BeReady Horizons pairs operator experience with a bias for action. Our work spans teams like TigerGraph, PointClickCare, ApplyBoard, Functional Finance, and iCaria Together, and our close ties to BeReady Nexus Ventures keep our clients one step closer to opportunity.
