Jonathan Stanley

Jonathan Stanley is an experienced legal professional specializing in investment banking, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of UK Investment Banking Legal at Berenberg since November 2017, with a concurrent role at JOH BERENBERG GOSSLER & CO. KG. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Principal Associate at Eversheds, focusing on ECM and public company matters, and served as Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, concentrating on Equity Capital Markets and corporate finance. Earlier in Jonathan's career, experience was gained as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, working on ECM and listing matters, and as a Trainee Solicitor at Lovells. Jonathan holds a BA (Hons) in German Language and Literature and French Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
