Eva Zölzer is an experienced Product Owner currently managing the development of the BERG website, optimizing agile processes, and overseeing stakeholder management since August 2023. Previously, as an Online E-Commerce Marketeer, Eva successfully assisted in launching a multi-country webshop and continuously improved user experience and website performance through various optimization strategies. At Telefónica Germany, Eva served as an Online Marketing Manager, focusing on online contract renewals and customer retention through creative campaigns. Eva's career also includes roles at ERGO Group AG, where campaigns for customer engagement were developed, and earlier positions in customer service and marketing. Eva holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Düsseldorf, as well as a Bachelor's degree from both the University of Regensburg and the University of Pécs.
