James Eising

James Eising is a law graduate from Stetson University College of Law, expected to complete studies in May 2024, holding a Doctor of Law (JD). Eising has gained valuable experience through various internships and roles, including positions as a Legal Intern at the Public Defenders Office in Tampa, a Judicial Intern at the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, and a Bankruptcy Extern at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior military service includes multiple roles with the U.S. Army Special Forces, such as Special Operations Strategic Planner and Senior Medical Sergeant. Current professional engagements include an Associate Attorney at Berger Singerman and a previous position as an Associate at Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP. Eising also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from American Military University.
