Bergeron Technical Services has been filling the need for specialized services in land use and construction since 1999. Our founder, Shawn Bergeron, identified the need for a consulting agency that provided services to assist clients with answering building code, fire code and land use questions after serving at the Town of Conway Building Inspector and various other roles in the Town of Conway Planning and Zoning Department in the 1990's. We take it even further, we don't just answer the questions, we take the project and assist with it's completion. From concept through final occupancy permitting, we can provide our clients with all the services they need to get their project started and completed. Our staff specialize in assisting our clients with problems that others don't have the answers to. We work with a variety of clients and sectors, including residential home owners, general contractors, developers, business owners, municipalities and other local and state agencies.
