Robert Molson

Robert Molson is an experienced attorney specializing in appellate litigation and veterans' benefits. Currently serving as an Appellate Litigation Attorney at Bergmann and Moore, LLC since September 2023, Robert has previously held similar positions at the same firm, representing veterans in appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Prior roles include working as an Investigator for the U.S. Department of Justice, where efforts focused on civil rights violations, and as a Contractor in the Civil Rights Division, investigating disability service systems. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Volunteer Associate in Public Service with the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and serving as a Student Attorney at Syracuse University College of Law, advocating for clients in various legal matters.
