John Dortch

John Dortch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and construction management across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, and government. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at both Bergmann and Colliers Engineering & Design since April 2023, Dortch previously held the position of Construction Manager at Albany Housing Authority from July 2020 to April 2023, overseeing capital project design and budgets. Prior to this, Dortch worked at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, managing diverse construction projects nationwide. Dortch founded Level 2 Consulting, LLC, to provide owner representative services to grocery stores and has held various roles in construction management since 1993, culminating in a strong foundation in architecture and construction management from the University of Idaho.
