Nathan Horstman

Nathan Horstman is a Design Engineer specializing in Water Resources at Bergmann since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in hydrology and hydraulic modeling. Previously, Nathan served as an Assistant Engineer at Shumaker Consulting Engineering and Land Surveying, D.P.C., where TR-55 and SCS methods were utilized for hydrological development, along with 1D and 2D hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Engineer focusing on hydrologic modeling and as a Stream Stewardship Assistant with Greene County Soil and Water Conservation District, involving stream surveys, erosion analysis, and habitat restoration. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from The Ohio State University, where contributions included managing audio-visual support for live events and engaging in organic farm certification tasks.
