Scott Sullivan is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and resident engineering. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Bergmann since January 2021, Scott previously held the same position at Ravi Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. from September 2017 to January 2021. Prior to that, Scott spent over three decades as a Project Engineer with the New York State Department of Transportation. Additionally, Scott contributed part-time as a Project Officer for FEMA from October 2005 to March 2009, focusing on disaster relief and debris management. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
