Todd Gadd is currently the Regional Discipline Leader for N/E Construction Inspection at Bergmann, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering and Design, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, Todd served as the Construction Inspection Practice Leader and as Highway Superintendent for Wyoming County, NY, from 2007 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Todd was a Project Superintendent at UNION CONCRETE AND CONSTRUCTION CORP. from 1998 to 2007. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University in 1997 and an Associate's degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from Alfred State College in 1995.
