Tom Sticha

Tom Sticha is a highly skilled engineering professional with a robust background in software and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software and Electrical Engineer at Bergstrom Inc., Tom has previously held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at TotalTek, focusing on Johnson Controls Inc., and as a Firmware Engineer II at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions. Tom’s experience also includes mechanical engineering roles at Greenlee | Professional Tools, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing and new product development, as well as value analysis and engineering.
