Carsten Pfromm

Carsten Pfromm is the Managing Director at BERICAP, a position held since 2018, and previously served as Vice President of Technical Marketing and Sales at the same company since 2014. They are also the Founder and Owner of Engenius Design Inc., which launched THROTTLESYNC.COM. Carsten held various leadership roles in notable firms including DS Smith Plastics, Silgan White Cap, and Amcor, where they focused on packaging innovations and business management. They earned a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Braunschweig and an MBA in Business and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management.
