Michaela Reetz

Michaela Reetz has a diverse background in human resources and retail, beginning with an internship as a retail management trainee at Globus Baumarkt in 2014. Since then, Michaela has gained significant experience in personnel management, currently serving as a personnel officer for time management at BERICAP since January 2025. Prior roles include a position at DIS AG, where responsibilities involved time management and administrative tasks at ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen GmbH, and a brief internship as an insurance representative at Allianz Generalvertretung Dierk Dick. Michaela also completed a mandatory internship in personnel and social affairs at Schmidt Küchen. In terms of education, Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes and a vocational training certificate in instructional qualification from IHK Saarland.
