Otto Caspar

Otto Caspar currently serves as the Chief Quality Officer at BERICAP, overseeing quality management across 30 production sites in 25 countries since February 2020. Previously, Otto held various positions in quality management, including roles at ZF Friedrichshafen, where responsibilities included Supplier Quality Assurance and management of the Chemical Laboratory. Otto's experience also includes serving as Head of Quality for Central Europe and North Africa at TE Connectivity, as well as senior quality-focused roles at Alstom Power and GE Power. Otto Caspar earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Chemical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University between 1993 and 1997.
