Previously held positions at Shipham Valves Limited and Wärtsilä, where responsibilities included overseeing QEHS practices and conducting quality control inspections. Paul also has experience as a Maintenance Technician at Wabtec Group and served as an Aircraft Technician at BAE Systems, where skills in mechanical engineering and aeronautical manufacturing were developed. Paul holds a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health and completed an NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering through a three-year apprenticeship.
