Alan Shim is a seasoned financial analyst with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector and loan processing. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Surveillance Analyst at Berkadia, Alan monitors the financial performance of commercial real estate loans and develops strategic action plans for Fannie Mae loans.
