Andy Hill

Andy Hill serves as the Managing Director of Mortgage Banking at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, a position held since February 2010. In this role, Andy is tasked with originating structured and permanent financing for multifamily and commercial assets both regionally and nationally, while also managing relationships with key investors. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Mortgage Banking at NorthMarq Capital and Capmark Finance Inc., as well as a Commercial Loan Officer at Sterling Bank. Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
