Bill O'Connor

Bill O'Connor is an industry professional with extensive experience in mortgage banking and real estate advisory. Currently serving as the Associate Director in Mortgage Banking at Berkadia since July 2019, Bill previously held the role of Senior Analyst. From January 2020 to April 2022, Bill was involved with the Global Shapers Community as a Global Shaper. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps from January 2016 to December 2018. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2015, and graduated from Marquette University High School in 2011.
