Bryan Brown

Bryan Brown is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Originations at Berkadia since February 2015, Bryan has previously held roles as Associate Director and Senior Real Estate Analyst within the same company. Prior to Berkadia, Bryan worked as a Financial Analyst at Landeavor, LLC from May 2013 to January 2015 and gained early experience as a Finance Analyst at Lockheed Martin from January 2009 to June 2012, where responsibilities included budgeting, cost estimation, forecasting, and proposal construction. Bryan holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
