Chris McCook is currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Berkadia, a role they began in 2025. Active in the real estate industry since 2009, Chris started their career as a real estate agent and commercial real estate appraiser, earning the MAI designation in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of First Vice President at Newmark, focusing on commercial real estate appraisal and financing, particularly in multifamily properties and HUD insured loan products. Before that, Chris worked at Colliers International as a Senior Valuation Specialist and at Davis Valuation Group as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee, where they obtained their Certified General appraisal license. Chris completed their education at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
