Chris McGraw

Chris Mcgraw is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the acquisitions and affordable housing sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President-Head of Acquisitions and Managing Director at Berkadia since September 2022, Mcgraw previously held the position of Senior Originator at PNC from April 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Mcgraw was the Senior Vice President/Regional Equity Manager at Wells Fargo from August 2005 to March 2020, where responsibilities included originating affordable housing transactions and negotiating terms with developers and consultants in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Chris Mcgraw holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University, awarded between 2000 and 2004.
