Connor Lemley

Connor Lemley is an Associate Director at Berkadia, specializing in structuring and originating multifamily debt and equity solutions for clients across the Pacific Northwest since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as a Vice President in the Debt and Structured Finance Group at CBRE in Seattle. Connor began their career as an Appraiser at McKee & Schalka and has held various financial positions, including Analyst roles at Norris, Beggs & Simpson and CBRE. They earned a degree in Political Science with a focus on Political Economy from the University of Washington in 2011.
