Drew Kwiatkowski is an experienced professional in the finance and sports coaching sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Multifamily Investment Sales at Berkadia since October 2025, Drew has also been a Lacrosse Coach for Team 91 Charlotte since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Drew held positions at Dogwood State Bank, progressing from SBA Credit Intern to Credit Analyst I and II in Commercial Real Estate from October 2020 to October 2025. Drew briefly served as the Boys Lacrosse Head Coach at Bradford Preparatory School in early 2021. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business, obtained in May 2023, following earlier studies at Florida Southern College from 2018 to 2020.
