Drew Ries

Drew Ries is a seasoned finance and operations executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations at Berkadia since October 2019, following the integration of Riverside Capital into Berkadia's Affordable Housing platform. With substantial experience, Drew held pivotal roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Riverside Capital LLC and Chief Financial Officer at Pareto Captive Services, LLC. Additionally, Drew contributed to the nonprofit sector as a Member of the Board of Directors for The Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail and served on the Steering Committee of The Circuit Trails Coalition. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
