Jay Steinberg

Jay Steinberg, MBA, possesses extensive experience in agile project management, having served as the Director of Agile Project Management at Berkadia since July 2010. Responsibilities include initiating and leading the Program Increment (PI) Planning process across multiple Value Streams, enhancing delivery visibility, and implementing standardized agile methodologies that improved cycle times. Jay also has a strong background in fostering communication between IT and business stakeholders, managing large-scale deployments such as Salesforce, and previously held key positions at Capmark and GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation. Jay holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA in Information Systems from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
