Jeff Stuart

Jeff Stuart is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage banking sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Berkadia since December 2013, Jeff previously held the role of Senior Vice President at ACRE Capital LLC for a brief period in late 2013 and spent over a decade as Senior Vice President at Alliant Capital LLC, a company acquired by ACRE Capital. Prior to these roles, Jeff was a Partner at Westlake Builders and High Ridge Development, focusing on finance, marketing, and entitlements in single-family and multi-family developments. Early in the career, Jeff gained valuable experience as Controller/General Manager at RS Development, Inc., and as Asset Manager at Goodman Financial/Pinnacle, after starting as a CPA in the audit staff at Touche Ross. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington.
