Joshi Krishna is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing technology infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as Director of Information Technology Infrastructure Operations at Pegasystems since September 2019, Joshi oversees Infrastructure & Operations teams, drives incident and change management processes, and leads the Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC) team.
