Mark Field

Mark Field is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in underwriting and project management. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy Chief Underwriter at Berkadia since January 2016, Mark specializes in underwriting affordable multifamily housing cash loans and related financial instruments. Previously, as a Senior Underwriter at Freddie Mac, Mark successfully completed around 110 transactions worth $970 million.
