Matt White serves as the Managing Director at Berkadia, leveraging extensive experience in multifamily investment sales since April 2014. Leading the MaysVetter Group, recognized as the most active advisory team in Metro Atlanta, Matt facilitates significant deal volume, providing an informed perspective within the market. Previously, Matt held roles as Senior Director and Vice President, accumulating over $1 billion in sales across 30,000 units. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Transaction Coordinator at MaysVetter Group of Marcus & Millichap. Matt earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
